Russia Involvement with Bitcoin

Russia hosted a conference and within the conference a presentation was held to yield support of a plan for Russia to somewhat challenge china to mining bitcoins. The plan named as Russia mining company and they want to introduce their own type of cryptocurrency and have plans on having to share 30% with the global cryptocurrency cap. This will have a down toll on people who mine bitcoins because difficulty will increase due to Russia new technology with massive mining power.
